    We want you to be completely satisfied with JetPencil. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for a refund:

    • Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
    • Applies to first-time Pro subscription purchases only
    • Renewals and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible
    • Credits purchased separately are non-refundable once used

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund:

    2. Include your account email and purchase date
    3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund
    4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

    Processing Time

    Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

    Cancellations

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

    • You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
    • No further charges will be made
    • Your account will revert to the Free plan after the period ends
